On April 21, 2016, Prince was found dead at his home in Chanhassen, Minnesota, aged 57, after the relevant authorities went to his home and found his lifeless body in an elevator.
The superstar made a name for himself in the 1980s with albums such as 1999, Purple Rain and Sign O’ the Times, and went on to record over 30 albums.
